- Custom Name Jewelry (e.g., Custom Name Necklace, Name Bracelet, Name Earrings) generally takes 5-8 business days due to their personalized, handmade nature.
Once your item ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at contact@amorixa.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
I Made a Mistake in My Shipping Address
Please email us within 48 hours of placing your order. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we may still be able to correct the address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any address changes.
If your item is in transit to the wrong address, use the tracking number to attempt to redirect the package or arrange for it to be held at the delivery location. If you are unable to retrieve the package directly, you may consider contacting the current residents or visiting the address on the delivery day.
